Kings hockey game

THis is Don. We're at the Staples Center Sports Bar. This Dec 26 Kings hockey game has become a tradition. To our surprise, the sucky Kings actually won. It was 3-3 at the end of regulation. Then still tied at overtime so they did a shoot out. Kings won. We even got to see two fist fights.

Friday mtg.

Okay, if you call a meeting in Malibu on a Friday (and on my birthday) this is what you get: a video conference. I"m behind the computer. THere are about 3 or 4 people in Malibu on the vidconf.

I decided the photos from the old Motorola were just too fuzzy. Got a nice 1.3 megapixel camera on the Samsung. I hate the UI on the phone itself, but the camera is sweet. You can really see the difference in the most recent two photo entries and the ones that came before that.

Sarah shows Dr. Michele Stimac, professor emeritus, how the role-playing boards work. The terrific irony here is that Dr. Stimac was one of the first professors to teach in the blended doctoral program in ed. tech., which began in 1995. Dr. Stimac was a hard core MOO'er back when we were hosting our own LambdaMOO shell (before Tapped In).

I needed a latté, and Sarah is a chai fiend, hot or cold, blended or rocks. So we stopped at the Village Starbucks, I to grade papers and she to calculate algebra problems.
